Women's Ministry

Latest Message:

Welcome to PV’s Women’s Ministry! We’re so glad you’re here!

Our Women’s Ministry seeks to serve all women, of all ages, and in all seasons of life. Our heart is to see the women of our church and Winona fall in love with Jesus and be fully rooted in Him. We know how very different and dynamic each of our lives can be, but at our core we all long for many of the same things…connection, community, and relationship. Through small groups, weekly Bible studies, monthly large group teachings, seasonal gatherings, and yearly conferences we believe we are able to provide connection, spark community, and foster relationships with women of all ages and walks in order to see every generation made alive in Jesus. Check out our upcoming events below!

Tuesday Teachings:

Join us on the first Tuesday of the month from 6:30-8:30pm in the Chapel for a time of fellowship, large group teachings, and small group discussion time. This is a great opportunity for you to meet and get connected with other women from PV. Each month is a stand alone lesson, so don’t worry if you have to miss one! Childcare is provided.

Mondays for Moms:

On the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month, Moms are invited to come together from 9-11am for fellowship, encouragement, and rest. This is a time to build our village! All moms are invited, moms of littles, moms of tweens and teens, moms of college and beyond, foster and adoptive moms, homeschool moms, etc. We love that moms with kids of all ages get to love on each other, pray for and encourage each other, and know that we are not alone in motherhood. Moms, you are doing Kingdom work and we know how beautiful and hard that can be, so join us at Mondays for Moms for refreshment and friendship! Childcare is available for all ages for $5 per family.

Our 1st annual Women’s Conference will be Friday March 31st and Saturday April 1st! Ladies 7th grade and up are invited to join us for fellowship, worship, large group teachings, and age specific breakouts! Our focus this year will be identity. What lies about who you are need to be shaken off and replaced with what Jesus says about you? We will be discussing these things and more! Registration is $10 in advance and $15 at the door. Lunch, snacks, and beverages will be provided.

Summer Book Club:

TBA. Each Summer women’s ministry reads a book together! We meet as small groups for 6 weeks to discuss our weekly reading, build friendships, and strengthen connections. Past books we’ve read include Get Out Of Your Head By Jennie Allen, It’s Not Supposed To Be This Way By Lysa TerKeurst, and Holier Than Thou By Jackie Hill Perry just to name a few. Check back in May to see what our 2023 book will be!
