About PVLI

The Pleasant Valley Leadership Institute (PVLI) is a hands-on program for ages 18–26 designed to develop the next generation of ministry leaders. Interns serve 10–30 hours per week across ministry areas including discipleship, worship arts, tech, creative design, and youth/college ministry. The program is unpaid but college-compatible, and support-raising is permitted. While one year is beneficial, two years is optimal for full development. Through mentorship, theological training, and real-world ministry experience, PVLI prepares men and women to lead with conviction and compassion. The next cohort runs June 2026 through May 2027.

June 2026 – May 2027 · 10–30 hours/week
