How do I sign in?
Use your Anchored in Grace account: the same email and password as the devotional community on pvwinona.com. Tap Sign in on the Today or You tab. New here? Tap Create an account, then tap the link in the email we send you and come back to the app.
Which email should I use?
Use the email Pleasant Valley has for you in Church Center. That’s how the app finds your groups and your serving schedule.
The app says it couldn’t find me.
The email you signed in with isn’t on your Planning Center profile. Add it to your profile in Church Center (Profile and household), then tap Check again in the app. Or sign in with the email PV already has for you.
It asks me which person I am.
Your household shares one email address in Planning Center. Pick your own name. To give each person their own sign-in, add a separate email for each of you in Church Center.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot your password? We’ll email you a link to choose a new one.
Why don’t I see my serving dates?
Dates show up once a team leader schedules you in Planning Center. If you’re on a team but not scheduled yet, Serve (on the Together tab) lists your teams. You can accept or decline a request right there. Finding a swap and blocking out dates happen in Church Center. New changes can take a few minutes to reach the app.
How do I give, check in my kids or register for events?
Those happen in Church Center. The app opens it for you, in the Church Center app if you have it installed.
Is what I write in the app private?
Your prayers and sermon notes are saved only on your phone. Bible highlights, notes and reading progress are also saved with your account, so they follow you to a new phone; only you see them. Reflections you share are read by PV staff before anyone else sees them, and posts are seen by your group or by PV, depending on where you share them.
How do notifications work?
Go to You, then Notifications, and choose the ones you want: new posts in your groups, replies to you, reading with friends, and more. Daily reading reminders are set on your phone, at the time you pick.
How do I read with a friend?
Open a plan on the Bible tab and tap Read with friends, then send the link to up to four people. Each of you sees who read each day and can leave a note for the others.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to You, then Account, then Delete account. That deletes your Anchored in Grace account for the app and the website’s devotional community. Your information in Planning Center stays as it is.
Which iPhones does it work on?
Any iPhone with iOS 18 or later.
