Use your Anchored in Grace account: the same email and password as the devotional community on pvwinona.com. Tap Sign in on the Today or You tab. New here? Tap Create an account, then tap the link in the email we send you and come back to the app.

Use the email Pleasant Valley has for you in Church Center. That’s how the app finds your groups and your serving schedule.

The email you signed in with isn’t on your Planning Center profile. Add it to your profile in Church Center (Profile and household), then tap Check again in the app. Or sign in with the email PV already has for you.

Your household shares one email address in Planning Center. Pick your own name. To give each person their own sign-in, add a separate email for each of you in Church Center.

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot your password? We’ll email you a link to choose a new one.

Dates show up once a team leader schedules you in Planning Center. If you’re on a team but not scheduled yet, the Serve tab lists your teams. Answering a request, finding a swap and blocking out dates happen in Church Center. New changes can take a few minutes to reach the app.

Those happen in Church Center. The app opens it for you, in the Church Center app if you have it installed.

Yes. Your prayers, notes and reflections are saved only on your phone. They aren’t sent to the church or anyone else.

In the app, go to You, then Account, then Delete account. That deletes your Anchored in Grace account for the app and the website’s devotional community. Your information in Planning Center stays as it is.
